Hello Will,

Scott and I (Elizabeth) Lary volunteered for your Stevie Wonder concert last night. We enjoyed the concert a lot!

No pens were brought for the raffle and information cards so we had to use crayons provided by Nutty Brown Cafe. Even though they were probably not ideal, when we passed them out, people got a kick out of it and made jokes so really it was a good ice-breaker.

We couldn't stay to the very end, but it was obvious everyone was having a good time.

Take care,
Elizabeth & Scott Lary
Cathy Kuhles We just got back from seeing your show in Marble Falls. What a fantastic production. We were "dancing in our seats" the whole time. I'm sure the Rolling Stones would be impressed!Tameca was just astounding, and the rest of the band looked like they were having a blast (and sounded dam fine too). Yes you can do acoustic stones  - David Power

Steve and Will, Saturday's show at Ruta was my favorite Strings Attached show to date - you guys tore it up!Help from Rob (hot drummer!) and Carter (good tones, great chops) made the first set a lot offun. Being a big jazz/fusion fan, I was pleased to have the chance to hear you both get loose andimprovise - I heard many things in your playing I had not heard before. Steve, I didn't realizehow versatile you are on the bass; Will, you reminded me of why I love Jean Luc and GeneElders when they play with fusion ensembles. Nice work, guys. Of course, I'm also a big fan of Lisa's, and knew that this Police/Sting show had potential. In the past year, I have had two opportunities to play Ruta Maya, and was mightily impressedwith the sound Curt develops from that stage. My old Ludwigs & Zildjians have never sounded better!I hope you recorded as much as possible. I won't forget Karen (Pure Bad); she's a beautiful woman with a fabulous voice, who delivereda sweet and sensitive performance. WT, you're a lucky guy. Now I realize while your fan base is not likely to be as interested in the fusion movement as I am,it might expand your fan base to do some of this stuff on occasion. I'll certainly be there whenI know you've got the players who will deliver! Keep up the good work, David Starrydstarry@austin.rr.com

Will:

Let It Be is one of my all-time favorite albums, more so the Let It Be Naked version that strips away the Phil Spector "Wall of Sound" crap, and allows the listener to hear the true genius and talent behind the artists.
That said, I have to tell you that I was blown away by the Let It Be show you did last night at Central Presbyterian Church. I think those were some of the most thoughtful, and beautiful, arrangements you have done to date! I hope you are planning to record a cd of this music, with the amazing Brandy Zdan on vocals, and all the extraordinary musicians who played last night. I will purchase a copy immediately when it is availble.
On a side note, I was so surprised to see Marc Utter playing the upright bass. Lil and I always enjoy seeing him perform, as he is so animated and entertaining, but I thought he did an especially great job last night.
Stephen, Doug and Dave, as always, did an amazing job as well. And, of course, your guitar playing, once again, shows how versatile and talented you are. We are fans forever!
Thanks for being who you are, and doing what you do.

Pat
